Network Requirements
Use these requirements to check that your devices will provide the best experience while running Ignite by Hatch®. Click here to see system requirements.
A minimum of 2Mbps download speed is required to use Ignite by Hatch. To check internet speeds, visit http://speedtest.net and complete a test from a device connected to the wireless network.
Firewall/Security Requirements
If you protect your school network by allowing only recognized URLs through your firewall and security settings, please add the following domains to all whitelists and security filters:
- hatchearlylearning.com
- hatchearlychildhood.com
- amazonaws.com
- www.edredi.com (Hatch branded devices only)
If your district is using Clever Automated Roster Management, you will also need to add "account.clever.com" to your whitelist.
If your district is using Classlink Automated Roster Management, you will also need to add " https://launchpad.classlink.com/login " to your whitelist.
If your district is using OneRoster Management, you will also need to add " https://site.imsglobal.org/user/login " to your whitelist.
Email Requirements
The following email address should be added to all whitelists in order to ensure the retrieval of any email communication from us: *@hatchearlylearning.com
