Hatch™ has transitioned the update mechanism used on Samsung devices for Ignite by Hatch™ from Samsung Knox to an in-app update process. This process was released in version 3.12.0 of Ignite.
If you own a Samsung device purchased from Hatch and if you receive the following message on your Samsung tablet, please note that you can safely disregard the message.
All future Ignite by Hatch™ app updates will be triggered, downloaded, and installed automatically when the Ignite application is opened.
If your device is factory reset after receiving this warning message, you will need to reinstall the Ignite application from the Google Play Store or from the following link:
