We would like to clear the Ignite App Cache and Data. This will only reset local data for the app and not your class or children's progress.
To do this:
- Boot up the tablet. It should automatically load into the Learnpad Environment and you will see a padlock icon in the upper right. if the lock is open, skip the next step
- Unlock the padlock by tapping it and tapping the password field in the popup window and enter "h@tch" and tap unlock
- with Learnpad unlocked, tap the 3 dots next to the padlock and select "Tools"
- tap "Advanced Wi-Fi" to go into the Android tablet settings
- tap "Apps"
- if Ignite was recently opened you tap it's icon from the recent apps list, otherwise tap "see all apps" and find and select "Ignite"
- Tap "storage and Cache"
- Tap "Clear Cache", then tap "Clear Data"->tap "OK" when you get the warning popup
- Return to Learnpad by pressing the circle icon at the bottom of your screen
- tap the 3 dots menu in the upper right corner and select "Ignite"
- (optional) re-lock the tablet by tapping the padlock to prevent the children from going out of Learnpad.
- launch Ignite as normal. You will need to re-enter your email address and password and re-accept the user agreement (scroll to the bottom to accept).
