Below are packaging instructions for a Hatch AIO computer. Please note you will need to speak with a Hatch Technical Support specialist before sending your computer in for repair.
Any damages in shipment due to improper packaging will be added to repair cost.
Do NOT include the keyboard, mouse, power cord or any other accessories when shipping the computer back for repair.
- Place the computer in the Anti-Static bag and then into the foam end caps. Make sure the screen is facing towards short end of the end caps as shown below.
- Place the foam inserts in the bottom of the box as shown
- Place the computer screen facing down into the box so the foam inserts protect the screen
- Seal the box with shipping tape and call Hatch technical support to schedule a pickup via FedEx for the following business day. Please have your ticket number ready when you call. The FedEx delivery driver will have a return shipping label at the time of pick up.
