If your child's school uses ClassLink, then you may be wondering how to access Ignite by Hatch™ or Hatch Insights™ at home. Well, for this to happen there may be two scenarios:
- You have your own family ClassLink login.
- If you have a ClassLink account, then it may be the case that your data is being sent to Hatch and you can access Hatch apps through the following steps.
- In this case, you should be able to simply log in to your ClassLink account and see the Insights and Ignite apps.
- You can access the app you'd like to use by simply clicking the icon on the screen.

- If you have a ClassLink account, it may also be the case that your organization is not set up to send your data to Hatch. If this is the case, then you may still be able to log in to your child's account through the following steps.
- If you have a ClassLink account, then it may be the case that your data is being sent to Hatch and you can access Hatch apps through the following steps.
- You do not have your own ClassLink login.
- If this is the case, then you still may be able to access the Ignite app at home through your child's account.
- Simply log in to ClassLink with your child's account information and you will see all the apps available to them.
- Here, you should find the Ignite by Hatch™ app. Unfortunately, you will not have access to Insights because this app is only available to administrators, teachers, and families.
If you do not have a family ClassLink account and you think you should, then reach out to your child's teacher.
