If your child's school uses Clever, then you may be wondering how to access Ignite by Hatch™ or Hatch Insights™ at home. For this to happen, there may be two scenarios.
- You have your own family Clever log-in.
- If you have a Clever account, then it may be the case that your data is being sent to Insights and you can access Hatch™ apps through the steps below.
- In this case, you should be able to simply log in to your Clever account and see the Insights and Ignite apps.
- You can access the app you'd like to use by simply clicking the icon on the screen.

- If you have a Clever account, it may also be the case that your organization is not set up to send your data to Insights. If this is the case, then you may still be able to log in to your child's account through the steps below.
- If you have a Clever account, then it may be the case that your data is being sent to Insights and you can access Hatch™ apps through the steps below.
- You do not have your own Clever log-in.
- If this is the case, then you still may be able to access the Ignite app at home through your child's account. For more information check out: Logging in with Clever for Children
- Simply log in to Clever with your child's account information, and you will see all the apps available to them.
- Here, you should find the Ignite app. Unfortunately, you will not have access to Insights because this app is only available to administrators, teachers, and families.
If you do not have a family Clever account and you think you should, then reach out to your child's teacher.
