We now allow our Auto Roster (Clever/Classlink) customers to disable the ongoing sync process. This means that you can temporarily pause Hatch™ requesting data from Classlink or Clever while still keeping your configuration and settings. This new feature can be found on the Roster Sync Settings page.
- First, log in to your Hatch Insights™ account with your organization administrator credentials.
- Navigate to the ROSTER drop-down menu and click on Roster Sync Settings.
- Here, you will see all of your Roster Sync settings. You can disable your sync by toggling off the Schedule Sync Enabled button. This toggle button is enabled by default.
- Click Save Settings.
For Clever customers, we recommend disabling your scheduled syncs at the end of May because Clever automatically does a similar process on its end. Then, you can restart the scheduled syncs in August when school starts up again and you are ready to share your new roster data with us.
