If you have set a lock screen pin code, pattern, or password on your Hatch™ Samsung tablet and you have forgotten the password, you must reach out to Samsung support (1-800-726-7864) in order to have it removed. Hatch customer support does not have the ability to remove Android passwords once they have been set.
In order for them to assist with removing the password, you must provide the serial number of the device along with the original invoice showing proof of purchase. The serial number can be found on the back of the tablet in the lower-right corner in very small font.
If you are having trouble reading the serial number, you can use a magnifying glass or a cell phone to take a picture of the number and zoom in to read it.
