In June 2020, Apple introduced the latest version of its iOS operating system, iOS 14, which was released to the public on September 16, 2020. Beginning December 4, 2020, and with the release of Ignite by Hatch v1.26.0, the web app will no longer support Apple devices with an iOS version lower than 14.x. We have had to make this difficult decision due to limitations on the older hardware that are beyond our control.
To ensure that you continue to receive updates and new features, please update your Apple device to iOS version 14.x or higher before November 20, 2020. You will no longer receive future updates of Ignite by Hatch™ until and unless you have updated your device to iOS 14.x or higher.
