If the photos you have taken for your children are sideways or upside down, they can be rotated by selecting the image-rotate icon found in Hatch Insights™. To rotate a child image that you have already taken, simply log into Hatch Insights and edit the child account that needs the image rotated.
1. From the edit child page, click the image-rotate icon found in the top-right corner of the child's image.
2. Click the image-rotate button until the image is in the correct orientation, and click Apply.
3. The child's image will then be saved and appear correctly in the Ignite application.
