Check to see whether your Windows 10 or 11 device is 64-bit or 32-bit by following these instructions.
Log in to Hatch Insights™ and navigate to the Windows Ignite app downloads page to download the most recent version for your computer.
If you see the downloads listed in your downloads bar, wait for the download to finish, then click the file name in the bar: IgniteWindows.
If you don't see your downloads bar, check your downloads folder for a file called, IgniteWindows, followed by the version number. The file should end with .exe. Double-click the file to begin installation.
Follow instructions to complete installation on your computer.
When installation is complete, search for Ignite in your Windows search box. Right-click Ignite and choose Pin to taskbar. This will make Ignite by Hatch™ accessible with one click.
