Mobile App or Web App?
To give you the best experience possible, we offer two options to play Ignite. You can either download a mobile app or use our web app on a Chrome browser at https://ignite.hatchearlylearning.com/.
In the next section, you'll find the system requirements for the mobile app. You can also be taken directly to the web app requirements section by clicking Web App Device Requirements.
Mobile App Device Requirements
To ensure the best experience with the Ignite mobile app, we encourage you to use devices that meet or exceed the recommended requirements. We recommend auto-updating to the most recent version for each browser and device operating system to ensure the best possible security. Our recommended requirements include devices and systems that we have tested and confirmed will run Ignite with minimal performance issues. Please note that we test only on a limited basis and may occasionally experience performance issues.
The Ignite by Hatch™ app must be installed with at least 2 GB of space reserved for temporary caching per device per user. An always-on Internet connection is required for the use of Ignite.
