If you use your IgniteTable by Hatch™ in a tech lab or multipurpose room with multiple teachers rotating in and out, follow these recommended steps to ensure that your children's data remains secure and accurate.
Setup in Hatch Insights™
Before teachers can use IgniteTable, they need accounts in Insights. Each teacher should have their own account and classes with children rostered. You can find all the steps to set up here: Getting Started With Hatch™!
Using IgniteTable in Your Shared Room
- Enter the room and tap the table screen.
- If the previous teacher logged out, you will see the login screen. Enter your email and password to log in to IgniteTable.
- If you do not see the login screen after tapping the screen, the previous teacher did not log out. Go to Step 3 to learn how to log out.
- Log in and start playing.
- Click Log in to log in to your account.
- Each child can tap their picture two times to log in and begin playing. You can learn more about how children use IgniteTable in A Child's Journey Through IgniteTable by Hatch™.
3. Log out when leaving.
- When it's time to leave, we highly recommend logging out. This will ensure that the next class does not accidentally play games under your children's profiles.
- To log out, tap the gear icon in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap the numbers in ascending order.
- Click the Log Out button in the lower left-hand corner of the screen.
