ChildPlus Users: Easily Add Your Children to Hatch™
Connecting your Hatch account to ChildPlus allows you to easily roster your children, teachers, and families into the Ignite by Hatch™ learning platform.
What Is Roster via XML Import?
ChildPlus software allows the organization administrator to export the roster (schools, children, teachers, and families) to an XML file. This XML file can be imported into Ignite learning platform, which will set up the organization structure and allow children to start using the product.
Note: Hatch cannot automatically update your roster when changes are made. This will have to be done manually.
Who Needs to Be Involved?
An organization administrator needs to be involved, who has access to ChildPlus software, who can generate report 6501 (XML file), and who has access to Ignite.
