This article is for customers who have both Ignite by Hatch™ and IgniteTable. If you have only Ignite or only IgniteTable, the system will automatically assume that your children will be using just that specific product.
A child's educational journey is what allows them to grow and learn with Hatch™ products. Currently, we have unique journeys for Ignite and IgniteTable.
Using the Journey Bulk Updater tool, you'll be able to change the educational journey for more than one child at a time.
If you import your children via a CSV file and have not added an educational journey type (optional field), then all your children will be added to both Ignite and IgniteTable. You can also use the Journey Bulk Updater to update this.
How to Use the Journey Bulk Updater
First, navigate to Hatch Insights™. After logging in, hover over ROSTER, and select Journey Bulk Updater under Imports.
On the Educational Journey Bulk Updater page, you'll see your children and their currently assigned educational journeys selected. You'll also see a filter bar with options to filter by school, class, and teacher. We recommend using these filters first so that you can find the children that you're looking for. After you filter the children in your list to only those you'd like to edit, you'll have the option to either assign all the children to Ignite, IgniteTable, or All Journeys. Use the Select All or Deselect All checkboxes at the top of each column to quickly edit all the children in the list.
After you've made all the correct selections, click Submit to save these changes to all the children's profiles. If you make incorrect selections and want to go back to the selections you found when you arrived on the page, then click Reset.
