There are 4 different features in Insights that allow for importing or syncing data and where errors might occur. These include Auto Roster integrations (Clever/Classlink), CSV Roster imports, HatchSync integrations with GOLD, and ChildPlus integrations.

The purpose of this document is to provide additional information regarding the error messages that you see and help you troubleshoot to fix these problems.
Error messages will occur when one of two issues arise. Either Hatch has been unable to Sync correctly with your integration type or we have found some issues with the data.
Sync errors may be expected or they may require the help of Hatch Technical Support.
Data errors will probably occur more often. There are many different data errors that may occur, but some of the common ones include missing or invalid names, birthdates, demographic information, etc. You may be able to easily troubleshoot most of these errors by editing the original file or data source and then importing/syncing again. However, if you run into any persistent or unclear errors then we encourage you to contact Hatch Technical Support.
