If you are having trouble with navigating the Teaching Guide activities and you see a dotted box that appears around items you select, it could be that the incorrect startup tool is selected. Follow the instructions below to verify that you have the correct settings applied.
1. Launch an activity from the Hatch™ Teaching Guide, and click the e logo.
2. Select My Easiteach from the menu options.
3. Click Defaults on the left-side menu.
4. Scroll down until you see the option for Choose default start up tool.
5. Change this value from Select to Play, then click OK at the bottom of the page to save changes.
