The following instructions explain how to reactivate existing children in Hatch Insights™ who have been set as inactive. If you need to add new children, click here. For instructions on how to deactivate or delete a child, click here.
1. Navigate and log into Insights.
2. Go to ROSTER (upper right-hand corner), and select View & Edit Children.
3. Change the Status drop-down to Inactive.
4. Click Activate next to the child who you wish to activate.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each child who needs to be activated.
