What Is the Domain Progress Breakdown Report?
This report focuses on three key domains—Literacy, Mathematics, and Language & Communication Development—offering a streamlined way to track class or school-wide progress across subdomains. It makes it easier to identify strengths and areas needing support.
Where Do I Find This Report?
You can access the Domain Progress Breakdown Report in Insights by Hatch™, the platform where all Ignite-related reports are available.
- Log in to Insights.
- Navigate to the top menu and hover over the Ignite Reports tab.
- Click Domain Progress Breakdown from the drop-down menu.
What Data Is in This Report?
The Domain Progress Breakdown Report displays the highest skill level demonstrated by each child during the selected time period.

Domain-Specific Data: Data is separated by domain (Literacy, Mathematics, and Language & Communication Development), showing the number of children at each skill level.
- Each child is counted only once, at their highest skill level during the time period.
- The report’s bars represent the total number of children, with color-coded segments for skill levels.

Grade-Level Specificity: The report automatically displays data for the grade level with the most children, ensuring that relevant insights are prioritized.
- Users can view data for one grade level at a time, reflecting Ignite’s grade-specific goals.

Filters for Flexibility: Narrow down data using filters for school, class, and teacher. Multi-select options allow you to analyze trends across multiple groups.

Helpful Notes: Subdomains that may not start at Skill Level 1 or extend beyond the goal level are clarified with notes to ensure accurate interpretation.
