Creating a Daily Activities Plan in IgnitePanel by Hatch™

The IgnitePanel by Hatch™ Daily Activities Plan feature enables you to preselect and preload the activities you want to share with your class on any given day. 

Log into IgnitePanel to ensure that your Daily Activity Plan is associated with only your account. When you create a daily activities plan it will be available on any IgnitePanel device that you log in to.

Adding Activities to Your Daily Activities Plan

1. Start by selecting Daily Activities Plan in the top banner.
2. If it's your first time here, you will be prompted to enter a group name for the Daily Activity Plan. Creating groups allows you to create more than one activity plan per day. This can be helpful if you teach two classes in a day.
3. If you’ve already created a group, you will be prompted to select the group you want to add activities to.
4. Next, select the date on which you want to add activities. You can choose any date that falls after the current date, which, in this example, is May 17.
5. After selecting the appropriate date, you will see the IgnitePanel category options and all of the activities available. Click the green Add to Daily Activities Plan button to include the activity in your plan or you can click a category to easily find the activities you need.
6. Once you click the green button the activity will be saved to your plan for the date you selected. The green button will automatically change to a red Remove Activity button allowing you to easily make adjustments. You will also see the Number of Activities Added count increase with each activity you add. When you're done adding activities click the green Review Your Plan button.

8. On this page, you will see the list of activities you've selected for your Daily Activities Plan for the date selected.
9. When you're done reviewing you can launch the plan with the big green button on the left. 

Adding Activities to Multiple Days or Groups

1. As you browse activities by category, standard, or your content, you can add them to your Daily Activities Plan by clicking the grey Add to Daily Activities Plan button.
2. This will open a pop-up showing your groups and days of the week. Find the group and day you want and click Add Activity.
3. You can repeat the previous step to add the activity to more days or groups. When you're done click the green Save button.

Launching Your Daily Activities Plan

1. From the home page, you will see that the calendar date is shaded green to signify that it has a Daily Activities Plan in place. The list of activities for that date is shown in the space to the right of the calendar.
2. When you are ready to launch all of the activities preselected for that date, click the green LAUNCH ACTIVITY PLAN button. The activity software RM Easiteach will launch "behind" the IgnitePanel software.
3. Along the bottom of the screen, you will find tabs for all of the activities you selected and launched. Shown here is the first Attendance Chart activity we selected earlier. All of the activities open to the teacher’s details page. To open the activity the children will play, select Next.
4. As children interact with the activities, they can click the Listen button for instructions.
5. You can leave the activities open throughout the day.

Copy Your Daily Activities Plan

1. You can easily copy activities to another date. To do so, return to the IgnitePanel home page, and select Daily Activities Plan from the top banner.
2. The calendar preview page will appear. Select the day from which you want to copy the Daily Activity Plan (for this example, it is May 20).
3. Next, you will return to a page that looks similar to the following example. Select Copy Plan to Another Day. Select a date from the calendar menu that appears.
4. Click Yes to confirm the copy.
5. Click Okay to continue and you will now be reviewing the activities for the date that you copied your plan to. 

Creating a Daily Activities Plan enables you to preload and launch activities to your interactive display so that they are ready and waiting for you and the children in your classroom!
