Adobe ended support of Flash Player on December 31, 2020.
In 2020, Microsoft and Adobe sent several updates to Windows based computers, limiting, and even blocking flash content from running on computers. A key update on October 26th, 2020 was a service that blocks flash content from running on any Windows based machine with a timer set for January 12th, 2021.
If your WePlaySmart device displays the Flash error shown below when the software is launched, please make sure your device is connected to the internet and follow the instructions below:
1. Ensure all Windows updates are applied to the machine before going to step 2.
2. Click the Windows logo in the bottom left corner of the screen and choose “Hatch Update Center” from the start menu.
2. Press the option to “Check for Updates Now”.
3. Reboot the table to apply updates.
