Adobe ended support of Flash Player on December 31, 2020.
In 2020, Microsoft and Adobe sent several updates to Windows-based computers, limiting, and even blocking, Flash content from running on computers. A key update on October 26, 2020, was a service that blocks Flash content from running on any Windows-based machine, with a timer set for January 12, 2021.
If your WePlaySmart® device displays the Flash error (shown below) when the software is launched, please make sure your device is connected to the Internet, and follow the instructions below.
1. Ensure all Windows updates are applied to the machine before moving on to Step 2.
2. Click the Windows logo in the bottom-left corner of the screen, and choose Hatch Update Center from the Start menu.
3. Click to Check For Updates Now.
4. Reboot the table to apply updates.
