If you're experiencing issues while using Ignite by Hatch™ in the Google Chrome browser, clearing your browser's cache can often resolve various problems. Cached data can sometimes become outdated or corrupted, leading to glitches and slow performance. Follow these step-by-step instructions to clear your cache and improve your Ignite experience.
Step 1: Open Google Chrome
Launch Google Chrome by clicking on its icon in your computer's taskbar or applications folder.
Step 2: Go to Clear Browsing Data Option
In the top-right corner of the Chrome window, click on the three vertical dots ("Customize and control Google Chrome"). A drop-down menu will appear. From this menu, hover over More Tools. Then, select Clear Browsing Data... A new window will open where you can choose the data you'd like to clear.
Step 3: Choose the Time Range
Here, you can choose the time range for the data you want to delete. For the best results, clear the entire cache by selecting All time from the drop-down menu next to Time range.
Step 4: Select Browsing Data Types
You can select different types of data to clear. Make sure that Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are checked. You can uncheck other options if you only want to clear the cache.
Step 5: Clear Data
Once you've selected the data types, click on the Clear data button. Chrome will start clearing your cache. This may take a few minutes, especially if you're clearing a lot of data.
The process is complete when the pop-up where you selected the data types to clear closes and you are back in the main Chrome settings window.
Step 6: Restart Chrome
Close and reopen Google Chrome to start fresh and check if the issues you were facing with Ignite have been resolved.
By following these steps, you've successfully cleared your cache in Google Chrome, which should help resolve any issues you were facing while using Ignite. If you continue experiencing problems, please reach out to our support team.
