If you’ve received a notice from us on your notification settings page saying that you’ve been unsubscribed due to a spam complaint, it means that you or your email provider flagged our messages as unwanted. To start receiving our emails again, please try the following.
Mark Our Emails as "Not Spam"
If you previously marked our emails as spam or your email provider filtered them incorrectly, you can correct this by doing the following:
- Gmail: Find the Hatch Insights email in your spam folder, and click the "Not Spam" button.
- Outlook/Hotmail: Find the Hatch Insights email in your junk folder, and click the "Mark as Not Junk" button at the top of the email.
- Yahoo Mail: Open the Hatch Insights email in your spam folder, and click "Not Spam."
- Apple Mail: Move the Hatch Insights email from your junk folder to your Inbox.
Add Us to Your Safe Senders List
To prevent future filtering, add our email address to your safe senders or contact list:
- Gmail: How to Unblock and Email Address in Gmail
- Outlook: Add recipients to the Safe Senders List in Outlook
- Hotmail: Whitelist Email Address for Hotmail
- Yahoo Mail: Manage Spam and Mailing Lists in Yahoo Mail
- Apple Mail: Unblocking Emails in Apple Mail
Resubscribe to Our Emails
Because we unsubscribed you due to the spam complaint, you’ll need to opt back in. You can do this by visiting our email notification page and signing up again.
Verify Your Email Settings
Make sure that your email provider isn’t automatically filtering or blocking our emails. Check your settings for the following:
- Spam filters: Adjust settings to allow messages from our domain.
- Promotions tab (Gmail): Our emails may land in your promotions tab instead of your inbox.
- Rules and filters: Remove any automatic filtering that might be moving our emails away from your inbox.
If you still aren’t receiving our emails after taking these steps, you may need to contact your email provider for assistance.
By following these steps, you can ensure that you receive our emails again. If you have any trouble, feel free to reach out to our support team for further assistance.
