1. Ensure that your Hatch™ computer is connected to the Internet.
2. Launch the ECLaunch icon from the desktop.
3. Once ECLaunch opens, click the Ignite by Hatch tile in the middle of the screen.
Note: You may see a screen that says, “An update is in progress. One moment, please” (see the following screenshot). If so, give the computer several minutes to complete the update. You may notice that the Ignite application will close during the update process; this is normal. After about 10 minutes, repeat Step 3, and your device should be on the latest version of Ignite.
4. Log in to Ignite using your email address and password.
