It's important to ensure that everyone in your organization gets rostered in Hatch™ so that children can start their educational journeys. Keep track of your rostering process with the Hatch Insights™ setup reports.
Where Do I Find Setup Reports?
You can find these reports in the top menu, by hovering over IgniteTable Reports. Then, locate Setup Reports. Here, you'll find options for School Setup and Class Setup reports.
Note: Teachers will only see Class Setup.
[Org Admins and School Admins] IgniteTable Dashboard Tile
On your IgniteTable dashboard, you'll find a tile with brief information about your setup process. This tile will take you to the setup report for the appropriate product.
What's in This Report?
The setup report is meant to keep you up to date on the most important steps to ensure that your children are ready to play. Children are ready to play once they are in a class and they have a photo. Child photos are important so that children can independently log in to their educational journey.
