The IgniteTable Progress Reports will help you monitor your children's progress through the games on the table. You can find the reports in Hatch Insights™. Hatch Insights provides teachers and administrators with real-time, actionable data all the time, and IgniteTable Progress Reports are just one of the many valuable resources you will find when you visit Insights!
Where Do I Find IgniteTable Progress Reports?
Log in to Hatch Insights using your Hatch email and password (teachers: this is the same email and password you use for IgniteTable).
Navigate to IGNITE TABLE REPORTS in the top navigation menu. In the drop-down menu, navigate to Progress Reports. Here, you'll find options for Child and Class Progress (for teachers) and School Progress (for administrators).
What Is in These Reports?
Starting at the top, you'll find some information about the report, including the total number of games that are currently offered on IgniteTable. For IgniteTable, we define progress by the number of games the children have played, because the more games a child plays, the more skills they encounter and the more chances they get to grow their social–emotional learning.
Next, you'll find filters that you can use to customize the different reports. The filters are slightly different depending on the report you have selected. All reports give you the ability to filter by demographics and time period. Demographics are optional fields for children, so make sure you add demographics to your children if you want to use these filters.
- The Class Progress Report shows the average number of games played by all children in the class.
- The Child Progress Report shares the individual number of games played by each child. In this report, you can click on a child's name in blue to be taken directly to their Child Skill Detail Report.
- The School Progress Report shows the average number of games played by each classroom within subsequent schools (i.e., classes assigned to respective administrators).
In the Child Progress Report, you can also filter by subdomain to see how many games each child has played in each area of learning. See the attached PDF to learn more about tracking progress in IgniteTable!
