When necessary, we may reach out to you and others in your organization via email. In this article, you'll see some examples of the emails we send. We highly encourage you to try to keep our emails from ending up in your spam folder in case we need to get in touch with important information.
Welcome Emails
These emails are sent when users first join Hatch™, and they include a temporary password that is needed to access Hatch Insights™ for the first time. These emails are system-generated and sent automatically.
Archive Emails
If you archive your data at the end of the school year, then your organization will receive communication leading up to the archive and when it has been completed. These emails are system-generated and sent automatically.
Import/Sync Updates
You may receive emails regarding files that you import or sync into Insights; you'll usually receive these emails when you're getting started with rostering. Some of these imports take a bit of time so we usually send an email when they have been completed or if for some reason they fail. These emails are system-generated and sent automatically.
Update/News Emails
You may receive emails occasionally giving you updates on progress, important Hatch news, or invites to Hatch events like webinars. We'll also send out emails about product updates and information to help keep your organization up to date. As a note, some of these updates and news emails may come from our marketing team.
Note: This is not an extensive list of the emails we send, but it is meant to set an expectation for you.
