Hatch Early Learning professional development sessions cannot be confirmed and/or scheduled until a professional development session request form is completed and billing information is received in full.
All professional development sessions are nonrefundable and nontransferable and expire 1 year after the purchase date.
To ensure optimal utilization of the technology products, the purchased technology must be fully installed, and participants must be logged in, prior to the scheduled professional development session.
All customer cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to training@hatchearlylearning.com and to your Customer Success representative as applicable.
Virtual Professional Development
Cancellation and rescheduling requests for virtual sessions received less than 2 business days prior to the session may be charged the following:
45-minute virtual professional development (PD) | $150.00 |
1-hour virtual PD | $175.00 |
90-minute virtual PD | $200.00 |
2-hour virtual PD | $250.00 |
2-hour-and-15-minute virtual PD | $300.00 |
3-hour virtual PD | $350.00 |
The requested date of the rescheduled training session must occur at least 14 calendar days after the original date.
Customer no-shows incur costs of cancellation and rescheduling (as listed above).
On-Site Professional Development
- If a scheduled onsite PD session is canceled or rescheduled within 25 days of the session, a cancellation/rescheduling fee will apply.
- The onsite cancellation fee is $800 if the session is canceled or rescheduled within 25 days of the scheduled date.
- If a customer does not attend a scheduled PD session (no-show), the cancellation fee will also apply.
Additional Information
- Hatch™ reserves the right to cancel or change any training session due to certain issues, including, but not limited to, training space, equipment or trainer availability, weather, or a natural disaster.
- If a training session is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or a natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training session.
- If a customer cancels a training session or is a no-show but wants to reschedule their session, the fee for the missing session must be paid prior to rescheduling.
- If the fee is not paid within six months, the full cost of the PD session will be charged.
- Sessions must be rescheduled within the 1-year time frame from the purchase date; if rescheduling is not possible, the session will be canceled.
- If you do not plan to reschedule your session, please notify your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Sales Representative via phone or email before the six-month period to avoid being charged for the session.
- Hatch is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training session is canceled.
- Hatch is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled training session, including, but not limited to, lost opportunities or other scheduled activities.
