Professional Development Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Hatch™ Early Learning training sessions are not confirmed (or scheduled) until billing information is received in full (when this does not happen, training session dates are released).
- All trainings are nonrefundable and nontransferrable and expire 1 year after the purchase date.
- Registrant substitutions may be made at any time.
Customer Cancellations and Rescheduling
All customer cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to training@hatchearlylearning.com and (if/when applicable) to your Customer Success Manager.
- Cancellation requests received 10 or more calendar days prior to the training forfeit training fees.
- Rescheduling requests received 10 or more calendar days prior to the training will be allowed once within the 1-year period.
- Rescheduling requests received 10 calendar days or less prior to the training will be allowed once within the 1-year period and must be at least 2 weeks after the original training date. An additional fee of $250 will be incurred.
- No shows and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of training.
Additional Information
- Hatch™ reserves the right to cancel or change any training session, including but not limited to lack of registration, training space, equipment or trainer availability, weather, or natural disaster.
- Hatch™ is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training session is cancelled.
- If a training session is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or a natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training session.
- Hatch™ is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled training, including but not limited to lost opportunities or other scheduled activities.
- Whenever possible, Hatch™ will provide notice of cancellations within 10 days of the training dates for foreseeable events.
Onsite Training Cancellations & Rescheduling
The following rules apply to on-site trainings (on-site trainings must be pre-approved by the Professional Development Leader before confirmed for purchase).
- Cancellation requests (for on-site Professional Development) received 15 or more calendar days prior to the on-site training forfeit training fees.
- Rescheduling requests (for on-site Professional Development) received 15 or more calendar days prior to the training will be allowed once within the 1-year period and must be at least 3 weeks after the original training dates.
- Cancellation requests (for on-site Professional Development) received 10 calendar days or less prior to the training will forfeit all training fees and incur an additional fee of $500.
- No shows and cancellations (for on-site Professional Development) not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of training.
