The guide below is designed to demonstrate the account creation process once you have received your Ignite Welcome Email. Please note that you must be added to Hatch Insights by your administrator or account representative.
1. Once you are added to Hatch® Insights, you will receive a welcome email:
2. The email will include directions to access Insights as well as a temporary password to log into your account. Copy the temporary password and then click Let’s Get Started:
3. The Let’s Get Started link will take you to the Insights Log in page. Enter your email address and the temporary password (copied from the Welcome email):
4. You will then be prompted to create your own password:
