The instructions below explain how to reactivate a user who has been set as inactive. For instructions on how to set users as inactive, click here.
1. Log into Insights using an organization administrator. Under ORG MANAGEMENT select the option for View all Users
2. Select Inactive from the Status dropdown to see all users who are currently set as inactive
3. Click Activate under the Activation column for the user you are activating
4. If you have additional user you would like to activate, repeat steps 2 and 3 above for each user.
