The following instructions explain how to reactivate a user who has been set as inactive. For instructions on how to set users as inactive, click here.
1. Log into Hatch Insights™ using an organization administrator. Under the ROSTER drop-down, select the option for View & Edit Users.
2. Select Inactive from the Status drop-down to see all users who are currently set as inactive.
3. Click Activate under the Activation column for the user you are activating.
4. If you have additional users you would like to activate, repeat Steps 2 and 3 for each user.
