Apple in June 2020 introduced the latest version of its iOS operating system, iOS 14, which was released to public on September 16. Beginning December 4th, 2020, and the release of Ignite by Hatch v1.26.0, the web app will no longer support Apple devices with iOS version lower than 14.x. Due to limitation on the older hardware which we are beyond our control, we have had to make this difficult decision.
To ensure that you continue to receive updates and new features, please update your Apple Device to iOS version 14.x (or higher) before November 20th, 2020. You will no longer receive future updates of Ignite by Hatch® until and unless you have updated your device to iOS 14.x or higher.
