For children with greater than 10 minutes of time on task, teachers can deactivate the child's account if needed using the following steps:
- Log in to Insights, click Roster in the top menu and select View & Edit Children from the dropdown menu.
- Then click Deactivate beside that child's name. Children that are set as Inactive will not lose any saved progress.
Deactivated children can be re-activated without losing saved progress. To reactivate children, use the following steps:
- From the View & Edit Children page, change the status dropdown to Inactive. This will display a list of children set as inactive.
- Click Activate next to the child you would like to reactivate.
